Jack has helped me progress so much since I started training. Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor Army Reserve PTI Pre and Post natal Exercise specialist Hey there, so I have been in the Army Reserves for almost 10 years, passing my Army Reserve PTI course in 2020.
I started my fitness career at Bannatyne Health Clubs Wildmoor in 2018. I am currently now working from The Warwickshire Golf and Club on the gym floor and Personal training from IronMind in Bidford. I love doing outdoor activities, such as sailing and hiking as well as keeping fit. I am also a qualified Ski instructor, so look no further for pre-season fitness training! |
